1. No Refunds
All payments made towards event registrations, memberships, training programs, consultancy services, or any other offerings on www.govevents.in are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-attendance at an event or session
- Change of mind after payment
- Cancellation by the participant
- Dissatisfaction with the service after availing it
2. Transfer & Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend a registered event or session, we offer the following options:
- Transfer to Another Person: In some cases, we may allow you to nominate someone else to attend in your place (subject to approval).
- Rescheduling (if applicable): In some cases, we may allow you to shift your participation to a future batch (based on availability & subject to approval).
3. Cancellation by GovEvents
In case an event, training, or service is canceled by GovEvents due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option to:
- Attend the rescheduled event
- Receive a credit note for future use (valid for 12 months)
